MLSBot started with a simple frustration: pulling comps takes too long. Every listing appointment means logging into Matrix, manually searching for comparable sales, copying data into spreadsheets, downloading photos one at a time, and formatting everything into something you wouldn't be embarrassed to hand a client.
We built MLSBot to fix that. Enter an address, and the system pulls the subject property from 1.17 million ACTRIS listings, scores and ranks the best comparable sales, calculates market-adjusted pricing, and generates a branded PDF with photos — automatically.
Right now, MLSBot serves the Austin metro area — including Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Dripping Springs, and surrounding communities. We're expanding to additional Texas markets soon.
